My stay at Hotel Park City was truly enjoyable with an inviting atmosphere and beautiful views of the mountains and golf course. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and came with luxurious touches like high-quality linens. On the downside, I found the lack of a dedicated lounge area for après-ski cocktails a bit disappointing, and the breakfast options could have been more varied.

I dined at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse on-site and found the food to be delicious, especially the breakfast, which helped kickstart my day. However, it would have been nice to have a more casual lounge area for drinks after skiing.

The hotel offers excellent facilities including a large hot tub and heated pool, perfect for relaxation after a day on the slopes. The fitness center was also well-maintained.

I had a fabulous time at Hotel Park City, enjoying the stunning views and luxurious accommodations. The staff was friendly and delivered great service, especially at Ruth's Chris, where I had an lovely meal. However, the $37 resort fee felt excessive on top of the already high rates, which left a bit of a sour note for me.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Park City. The cottage suite was spacious and luxurious, with stunning views and a private hot tub. The staff provided really good service, making me feel well taken care of. However, I did notice that some amenities could use updating, especially the mattress in my room which was softer than I prefer.

Rooms
8.0
I really enjoyed the cottage suite, which felt more like a small apartment with its kitchenette and multiple fireplaces. The decor was beautiful, and the shower was fantastic. However, the mattress was softer than I would have liked, leading to some discomfort during my stay.

The staff was incredibly attentive, eager to provide assistance, and always asked how my day went. They helped with reservations and made excellent recommendations for local activities.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Historic Main Street, yet quiet and serene. It really allows you to escape the hustle and bustle while enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery and close proximity to dining options.
Dining

I had a great breakfast at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, which offered delicious options. However, some breakfast items could be considered more ordinary given the setting's overall luxury.
Facilities

The on-site spa and pool facilities were great and provided a luxurious experience. I especially appreciated the fitness center and the availability of laundry services in the cottage.

6.0/10

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Park City with my family. The cottage was spacious, featuring a full kitchen, multiple fireplaces, and a private hot tub, though the latter started to smell a bit by the end of my stay. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable but the service was somewhat slow. Overall, the experience was good, and I would definitely return again.

Rooms

The one-bedroom cottage was amazing, complete with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a hot tub. It felt like a home away from home, though I did have an issue with the hot tub's upkeep.
Service

I found the front desk staff to be helpful in the long process of resolving a billing issue. They were friendly and generous in their efforts despite the initial confusion.
Location

The location is great, being close to the main hotel while also providing beautiful snowy views. I enjoyed the short walk, which was refreshing in the snowy environment.
Dining

Breakfast at Ruth's Chris was included, and while the food was good, the service could have been quicker. I wish I had known that the breakfast was part of the package from the start.

The facilities were well-maintained and the cottages were impressively luxurious. Everything seemed to be in pristine condition during my stay.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel Park City. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a ski vacation. However, the shuttle service was unreliable, leading to long waits. While I enjoyed the great housekeeping, the communication about breakfast entitlements was lacking, which affected my overall satisfaction.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was nice and spacious, featuring a cozy living area, comfortable furnishings, and a kitchenette. I particularly appreciated the dual shower heads and the overall comfort of the bed. However, the lack of modern luxury was a slight disappointment.
Service

The staff provided good service, especially the cleaning team, who were thorough and attentive. There were also some issues with communication regarding breakfast tickets, as I wasn't informed about the complimentary breakfast during check-in.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was convenient for accessing Park City, yet it felt peaceful. However, the shuttle service was infrequent, and I found myself waiting longer than expected to get between the hotel and the ski areas.
Dining
6.0
Dining at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse was a decent experience, but I found the breakfast options lacking. I wished there had been more information about breakfast access upon check-in.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were well-maintained, and I particularly liked the cosy atmosphere with the fireplace in the lobby. However, I had a negative experience with late checkout when my belongings were packed up without my consent.
